Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Property Access

  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person must sign the agreement and be one of the guests staying at the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No events or parties allowed. No gatherings above posted occupancy. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Kitchens are equipped with cooking basics and utensils. A starter set of paper products (a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths) is provided. Supplies are enough for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

Parking

  • Free parking is available on the property.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the home.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March). No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with a proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
